Timber frame hybrid

The Gresh home is a 2,000-sq. ft. new timber frame home with contemporary finishes, such as hand-forged ironwork, full custom cabinetry and concrete countertops. It is considered a hybrid, as the timber frame addition is connected to an existing mother-in-law cabana that we remodeled. Located adjacent to the Animas River, the home required special considerations to accommodate for permitting and unlikely flood concerns.
