The home, which solidified the prize, has been covered here on our blog; it is the Woodhouse timber frame hybrid (with Murus SIPs panels) in Durango. We share the honor with the homeowners, who shared in our dedication to creating an energy efficient and environmentally responsible home.

Considering the value I place on environmentally responsible methods and materials, I am proud to accept this award. Thanks to the judges, all of whom are active in the building industry in Colorado and New Mexico (none of whom are local to prevent bias). Thanks also to the HBASC for organizing the Parade, and to all the people who toured the home.
