The Alamo Project is nearing completion. We’re still a few weeks out for an official move-in date, but the initial finish work that begins the process of turning a house into a home are underway.
On the exterior, the stone has been set, not yet grouted, for the entry stairs:
A clean-lined, contemporary fence is in place in the front and backyards (with the East space graded for easy landscaping and gardening):
The solar panel is in place for the residential system:
On the interior, the first coat of zero-VOC paint is up. The homeowners are going with contemporary classics in common areas – and fun, bright colors for the kids’ rooms.
Next post, we’ll look at the window and door trim, plus the flooring and kitchen cabinets. Here’s a sneak peak at the cabinetry (spoiler alert: it’s gorgeous).
